Sustainabilitylive! 2010

Sustainabilitylive! is the UK’s most comprehensive gathering for the water, environment, energy and land sectors. Bringing together decision makers from large multinationals, SMEs and the public sector, along with hundreds of exhibitors, thousands of visitors and a host of insightful seminars, conferences and interactive features, Sustainabilitylive! 2010 was home to five leading environment events:

Futuresource 2010

Futuresource (pronounced Future Resource) is an international conference and trade fair, bringing together like-minded waste, environment and sustainability industry professionals from across Europe every year.

Futuresource is a joint event from the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) and the Environmental Services Association (ESA) and provides a forum for debating key issues, discussing best practice and sharing expertise and solutions.

Entrance to the trade fair is free and the conference is available on a per day fee.

Siemens Answers for the Environment

The Siemens Answers for the Environment event is designed to answer the toughest questions facing industry and infrastructure customers today. Siemens Industry Sector invites you to attend this two-day, no cost event featuring practical seminars on technology, best practice and emerging trends, as well as an exhibition and networking opportunities.

Ecobuild 2011

Over 41,000 visitors at Ecobuild 2010

Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, Ed Milliband, had to fight his way through the crowds to launch his Eco Homes Strategy on the opening morning of Ecobuild 2010.

It was a scene that continued for the three days of what turned out to be the biggest Ecobuild yet - with over 41,000 visitors – an increase in attendance of nearly 20% compared with 2009, and an emphatic demonstration that even in the teeth of a recession, the construction sector is alive to the benefits of sustainable and innovative construction.
