Green office development to be built in Nottingham

A 105,000 sq ft eco office development is to be built in Nottingham, after securing planning permission.

Energy giant E.ON will occupy the office, which is being developed by Miller Birch, a joint venture between Miller Developments and Peter Gadsby.

The nine-storey building located at the junction of Burton Street and North Church Street will have a BREAAM 'excellent' rating and EPC ‘A’ certificate.

Construction work is due to start on site shortly with completion expected in 2012.
