Woods Bagot, Brookfield and WSP launch green retrofit JV

Architect Woods Bagot, contractor Brookfield, and consultant WSP have teamed up to create a green retrofitting business in what is thought to be the first venture of its kind in the UK.

The JV called Brookfield Green will seek work in the commercial retrofitting market helping existing commercial buildings reach tougher carbon emission targets.

This market is estimated to be worth more than £10bn a year.
